Refund Policy

Introduction

This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued for services purchased through Vastly Inc. By hiring us to build your website or subscribing to our monthly plan, you agree to the terms below.

Website Setup Fee

The $397 setup fee covers the design and development of your website. Because we begin work immediately after payment, the setup fee is non-refundable once work has started.

However, if you are not satisfied with the initial design, we will revise it until you are happy before the site goes live. We do not launch anything without your approval.

If you request a refund before we have begun work, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days.

Monthly Subscription

You may cancel your monthly plan at any time with no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate. If the error is on our end, we will correct it immediately and issue a refund where applicable.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside the terms above may be considered in the following situations:

• Duplicate charges caused by a technical error

• Unauthorized transactions that can be verified

• We are unable to deliver a functional website after multiple revision attempts

Approval in these cases is at the discretion of Vastly Inc.

Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at buildwithvastly@gmail.com with your name, the date of the charge, and a brief explanation. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
