Introduction
Welcome to Vastly Inc. By hiring us to build your website or subscribing to our monthly plan, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Our Services
Vastly Inc. designs and develops websites for local businesses. When you pay the setup fee, we begin work on your website based on the information you provide. You will review the site before it goes live. We do not launch anything without your approval.
Your Responsibilities
By working with us you agree to:
Provide accurate information about your business during the intake process
Review and approve your website before launch
Use your website only for lawful purposes
Not resell, replicate, or repurpose our work as your own agency offering
Fees and Payment
Setup fee and monthly subscription prices are listed on our website. Subscription fees are billed automatically each month through Stripe. You may cancel at any time and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. For refund terms, see our Refund Policy.
Ownership
Once your setup fee is paid and your website is delivered, you own your website and all its content. Vastly Inc. retains no ownership over your site. If you cancel your subscription, you keep your domain and content.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if a client is found to be using their website for unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by emailing buildwithvastly@gmail.com.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vastly Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of your website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
